College of Agriculture and Life Sciences students involved with the Science with Practice program presented their research posters on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in the Kildee Hall Atrium at Iowa State University.
During the fall 2025 semester, 14 students took part in the program. Science with Practice provides undergraduate students with experiential learning opportunities and supports an assistantship for a master's student in the Department of Agricultural Education and Studies. Through the Science with Practice program, students work alongside faculty mentors on projects related to their area of study or future career. Students are paid for their work, thanks to support from the Agricultural Endowment and the Van Wert Family Endowment.
Spring 26 - Science with Practice research poster session is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. in Kildee Hall atrium.
